Stonebird Group ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information across our website and applications.

Our websites

Stonebird's website is built without cookies, account sign-in, advertising pixels, or first-party analytics scripts. It does not ask visitors to submit personal information through forms. The hosting and network services that deliver the site may process standard request data—such as an IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time—for delivery, security, and reliability under their own terms.

Our applications

The descriptions below distinguish current shipped behavior from pre-launch design. "Local-first" and "on-device" describe Stonebird's product architecture; they do not control Apple platform services, device backups, user-configured automations, or other software on a user's device.

Breadcrumb

Breadcrumb is a pre-launch macOS clipboard history app. Its current launch design:

• Captures supported copied text and images while capture is enabled, together with the frontmost source app, copy time, repeat count, and nearby copied items
• Is intended to store clipboard history locally on the Mac without a Stonebird account or Stonebird-operated cloud sync
• Includes controls to pause capture, exclude selected apps from future capture, and clear local history
• Is not designed to record browser history or URLs, document or window titles, the screen, or keystrokes
• Is not designed to include advertising or third-party analytics and tracking SDKs

Gridlock: Terminal

Gridlock: Terminal is a free iPhone arcade game available on the App Store. Its current product design:

• Does not require a Stonebird account or ask players to submit contact or financial information to Stonebird
• Can use Apple Game Center for achievements and leaderboards; Apple processes related Game Center data under its own privacy terms
• Is designed to store game progress locally on the device
• Does not include third-party advertising or tracking SDKs

Spend Scout: Expense Tracker

Spend Scout is a pre-launch iPhone expense tracker. Its current launch design:

• Is intended to work without a Stonebird account, bank connection, or third-party transaction aggregator
• Is designed to keep expense records in local app storage rather than a Stonebird-operated backend
• Receives Apple Pay transaction fields only through a user-configured Shortcuts automation; it is not designed to read Wallet history directly
• Is not designed to include advertising or third-party analytics and tracking SDKs

Because Breadcrumb and Spend Scout are pre-launch, these statements describe the current launch design. This policy will be checked against the public builds and updated if that design changes before release.

Third-party services

Stonebird products can interact with Apple platform services such as the App Store, Game Center, Shortcuts, Wallet-triggered automations, and device backup services. Apple may process data separately when those services are used. That processing is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and the user's Apple settings.

Children's privacy

Stonebird's product designs do not ask children to submit personal information to Stonebird. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data directly to us, please contact us so we can review and remove it where applicable.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website and apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
